Cancellation by Traveller

Cancellation must be made in writing and are effective upon receipt by the company. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 40 days before departure — 20% of the tour cost
• 20 – 40 days before departure — 30% of the tour cost
• 11 – 20 days before departure — 40% of the tour cost
• 5 – 10 days before departure — 50% of the tour cost
• Less than 5 days before departure — 100% of the tour cost

Cancellation by Company

• The company is not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred by the traveller due to cancellation.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from force majeure events.

Changes by Traveller

• Any changes requested by the traveller after booking may incur an administrative fee (as applicable) and additional costs resulting from the change.
• No changes will be accepted within 30 days of departure.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 150 days of the cancellation notice.
• No refunds will be given for unused services or voluntary changes made by the traveller during the tour.
• In case of any force majeure events (within 20 Days prior to Departure) including Natural Calamities, Pandemic, War, and Act of God, etc., NO REFUNDS WOULD BE PROCESSED.

However, the same tour can be conducted anytime as per the traveller’s convenience within the duration of 2 years from the date of actual booking.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms, and Cancellation Policy.

Non-compliance with these terms may result in penalties or the forfeiture of your booking.
