How can I book a tour?

Will I get a written itinerary before I pay anything?

Yes. A day-by-day itinerary and a price come back in writing first. Nothing is confirmed and no payment is asked for until you have that in front of you and have agreed to it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, bank transfer by NEFT, RTGS or IMPS, debit and credit cards, and online payment links.

Do I have to pay the whole amount upfront?

No. Bookings are confirmed with an advance and the balance is settled before travel. The exact split and the dates are stated in your written quote, because they depend on the season and the hotels being held.

Can I change my dates after booking?

Often yes, but it depends on what the hotels and transport operators allow for your dates. Call the helpline as early as you can; the sooner a change is raised, the more of it can usually be done without a charge.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellation charges depend on the booking date, the hotel policies and the travel season. The policy is explained before your booking is confirmed.

Who do I contact while I am travelling?

The same helpline, on +91 90067 59003, staffed 24x7. It reaches the team that built your itinerary rather than a general call centre, and there are offices in Shimla, Manali and Leh if you need someone in person.

How far in advance should I book?

At least two to four weeks. For peak season, meaning summer, Christmas and New Year, book one to two months early to secure the better hotels and rates.
